Villa Berengaria is a secluded luxury villa in Northern Cyprus. It is situated below the pretty hillside village of Karaman (Karmi*) where there are a couple of restaurants, a bar and a village shop. The coast is only a 10 minute drive away.
* Note that most towns and villages in the area have both a Greek name and a Turkish name.

The property consists of three fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a dressing room. Both the master and second bedrooms have patio doors opening onto balconies which take in the stunning views.
The family bathroom has a corner bath with a shower. A spacious and elegant living/dining area with French doors opens onto the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped, and there is an extremely attractive inner courtyard. The villa has central heating and a cosy open fire for those winter breaks.
